About EDX Advisory
An independent firm founded by Fakhri Essedik
Where corporate strategy meets disruptive technology: neutral, pragmatic insight to turn technology complexity into a lever for sustainable growth.
The founder
Fakhri Essedik is the founder of EDX Advisory. He brings more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, strategic consulting and the management of large transformation programs across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Before founding EDX Advisory, he ran integration and software businesses and led large-scale programs in banking (lending, core banking, data), telecoms (SuperApps, multi-subsidiary 360° customer view) and the public sector (AI, financing workflows). This dual experience, first on the vendor side and then alongside decision-makers, is the foundation of the firm's value: helping executives decode technology proposals and stay in control of their programs.
EDX Advisory combines:
- Mastery of business challenges: C-level governance, business models, profitability and risk management.
- Technology rigor: end-to-end command of IS architecture, data and AI.
Our purpose
As new paradigms emerge fast (generative AI, cloud, data mesh), the main difficulty for executives is to decide with confidence:
- How do we separate real growth levers from fads?
- How do we guarantee the ROI of IT programs?
- How do we keep strategic control as service providers multiply?
